Chain of events.

On 2024-08-09 the glazing crew was released for weather. The same daily log noted opening B-12 would need to be re-measured the following MondayA·1. No RFI had yet been written.

Three days later, RFI #142 was filed: unitized panel revision C did not match the as-built opening at B-12B·1. The RFI was flagged "blocks closeout."

Architect review followed in a four-party email thread on 2024-08-14, with a hold placed on unitized lot 4C·2. The revised shop drawing arrived eight days later.
